01Who we are

Sanu Tech Innovation LLP operates Water Sort Liquid Puzzle Game (“the game,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains information handled in connection with the game, its advertising and our support communications.

Our game website is watershort.online. Company information is available at sanutechservices.com. This policy focuses on the app; it does not describe separate websites’ hosting logs or other independent services’ practices.

02Accounts & game progress

The game does not require account registration or login and does not save gameplay progress between sessions. There is no game account or persistent gameplay-progress record for us to access, transfer or delete.

We do not use Firebase in the game. Google AdMob separately processes advertising-related information, and we receive information you choose to send to support. These practices are described below.

03Google AdMob advertising

The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK processes data for advertising, measurement and analytics, service operation and fraud prevention.

Google documents automatic collection and sharing of categories including:

• IP address: which can be used to estimate a device’s general location.
• Device or account identifiers: such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID and, where applicable, identifiers associated with accounts signed in on the device.
• Interactions: such as app launches, taps, ad interactions and video views.
• Diagnostics: information about app and SDK performance.

The specific data and use depend on the SDK and app configuration, device settings, applicable requirements and available privacy choices. Google processes this information under its own policies. Ad personalization depends on the applicable settings and permissions.

04Messages you send us

If you email watersortofficial@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments or other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests.

Only send information needed for your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information. Our email provider processes support messages as part of delivering and storing email.

05Sharing & retention

Advertising information is processed by Google as described above. Support correspondence is handled by us and the service providers needed to operate our support email. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or address fraud and security issues.

• Gameplay progress is not saved between sessions, so we do not retain a persistent gameplay-progress history.
• Support correspondence, including emails and attachments, is retained while we handle your request and for up to 12 months after the request is resolved, then deleted. We retain it longer only where necessary to meet legal obligations, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or address an ongoing dispute. In those cases, we retain only the information necessary for as long as that need continues and delete it when the basis for retention ends. You can request earlier deletion, subject to these exceptions and applicable law.
• Google-held information is retained under Google’s policies and applicable controls. We do not set all of Google’s retention periods.

06Your choices & deletion requests

Game accounts & progress

There is no game account to delete and no saved gameplay-progress record to remove. Removing the app does not delete information already held by Google or messages sent to support.

Manage advertising information

Android may let you reset or delete the advertising ID in device settings. Available controls vary by Android version. These actions do not erase information Google has already collected and do not necessarily stop all advertising data processing. See Google’s linked privacy resources for its data and advertising controls.

Contact us about your information

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold through support. Depending on applicable law, you may have other rights, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or a complaint to a relevant authority.

Describe your request and the email address you used to contact us. We may need limited additional information to verify the request. We will handle it according to applicable law. Earlier deletion is subject to the legal-obligation, legal-claim and ongoing-dispute exceptions described above. Requests about Google-held data may need to be made directly to Google.

07Children’s privacy

A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s information in connection with the game can contact us at watersortofficial@gmail.com. We will review the concern and handle requests concerning information we hold in accordance with applicable law. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child.

08Security & international processing

We aim to use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. No storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and privacy policies. The protections and rights available can differ by location. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its international processing and safeguards.

Advertisements and external links may open services operated by others. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its services or relevant requirements change. The published version will show its update date on this page. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
